Did you know that you have rights?

But do you even know what the term rights mean?

Definition of the term Right

Right: Rights are legal, social, or ethical principles of freedom or entitlement; that is, rights are the fundamental normative rules about what is allowed of people or owed to people according to some legal system, social convention, or ethical theory.

Rights of a Citizen

1. Freedom to express yourself
2. Freedom to worship
3. The right to vote in elections for public officials.
4. Right to life
5. Right to a fair trial by jury

With the Entitlement of Rights there are Responsibilities.

Definition of the term Responsibility

Responsibility: A responsibility is something you are expected to do. A responsibility might be a task you are expected to do. For example, your parents expect you to brush your teeth. Brushing your teeth is “a responsibility” and it is your responsibility to brush your teeth every day.
